    The mare that I have been using as the comparison mare for my long pedigree high PT line for quite a few seasons is still going strong at 34 years old! She spent several seasons in the pasture and had and AFPT of 13.93 (the reason I chose her as my comparison mare). Then she went back to showing at 20 and has been hitting the top of 8W ever since, gaining over 5700 points!
