His PT is 12 so around 11yo he started to level off and not gain as much if any points and just leveled in a bad place.

The PT score of a horse indicates at what approximate age they will start to peak and level off. A lot of factors go into it such as how many points they had as a baby, how many points to they earn with training weekly, were they trained weekly, are they consistent/inconsistent (though I’ve not seen much bearing on this thus far), and are they intact or altered. I can’t find it on quick search but I thought someone made a new players guide explaining showing, age, PT or performant test scores, etc.

This filly is a great example: shes 10 years old, spayed, with a PT score of 10.4. That means sometime in the season or month between 10 and 11 years old her point gain will slow down until she eventually gains nothing from training and levels off. You can kind of see it now, shes sort of stopped gaining points at 269
