How Do I Make a Signature?

I like that people put game number and licenses held in their signatures and would like to do the same, but I don't know how. Could someone give instructions?Game number 273531

Up top, click your name between Inbox and Mark All Viewed.
Then on the right below where your picture should be, look
for signature settings. (right above where it says About )
