Payment track (ESPECIALLY showing) was causing server wide slowness particularly when logging in. The log was too big to just run clean ups on so I just deleted the whole thing on HJ1. It is still running so payments made after I emptied it will still show up, but nothing from before.

I have turned off logging for showing to help prevent that from happening again. I will probably make a separate system for tracking showing entries and payouts but at the moment they will have to stay off to prevent it from using up to many server resources.

I'm glad you found the problem. Many of us played for years without the transaction record so I'm sure we can adjust to not having the show entry and payout files available.

Not really "the" problem. One of just a very long list of things to optimize. The new database system works differently then the old one and decades of optimizing we have done in the past are no longer valid. Just finding things I can tweak as I go to reduce memory usage.

I'm looking for the feature you mentioned about barns and showing but can't find it or misunderstood.

^ located on each barn's page if you have auto show on them excluding your primary barn.
