The current exchange rate is 1,000,000 per $10, right?

The exchange rate has gone up recently to more around 1.5mil-2mil per $10. I have had a difficult time offering at 1mil per $10 right now.

I can do 2,000,000hbs per $10, but that means I'll only be able to get 1 (maybe 2 if I force it) gene.
