Changing GMTs - Time Limit? CLOSED
-
Quick question, I did GMT work to a few of my foundations in November and am realizing I want to go back and change the GMT work I did on them. However, when I went in today to attempt to change it it does not show me a list of the previous changes I have made.
Is there a time limit, does it have to be done same day and thereafter it is permanent?
thank you!
Edit - this guy for example. I think I did his GMTs around Novemer 29 or 30th

IDK about the time limit but I noticed that you can't change white factor GMTing, so it cuts off there.
So if you think you might refund some, do the white factor changes firstStarstruck2 on Bluegrass and Forest

I am trying to undo the work that I have done - I added two copies of sooty, removed pearl, and added Tobiano. White factor is an unchangeable gene that is correct

Yeah, IDK if it applies to yours, but I had a horse that I did some genes on, then changed white factor, then did a few more genes. I could only go back in order of most recent genes as far as to where I changed white factor when I refunded, even though there were more genes I had done around the same time but before changing the white. If that's more clearly put :))
If that isn't the case, I wonder if they sort of "lock" at monthly rollover? But thats just speculation

Oh I just looked and this is the verbiage
This horse has eligible GMT refunds.
GMT Lab edits made by you in the past 2 weeks can be refunded. The horse must still be eligible for gene edits and any refunded gene license purchases will be removed. Only allele edits can be refunded. Refunds must be processed in the same order they were added.Starstruck2 on Bluegrass and Forest

I want to say that you have like a week or so before they become permanent. I cannot find the text I may have seen it in. (Edit: Starstuck found it.)
@Starstruck2
Good to know. I've never really noticed. Usually the last thing I do. :)) I'll have to look into that.Post edited by SeahorseFarms at 2022-12-19 19:20:16 -
Drat, it sounds like I did wait too long. Alright, well I will just list him for sale as is. Thank you everyone!
