New wording to BA results?
  • I ran some creates through SBA today and noticed new wording to the "failed" results:

"The sire of 16992810 can produce better foals. I would not breed this one."

BA and SBA compare to both parents, right? So I'm wondering, will this sometimes say that the dam can produce better foals, if that's the case?
  • Yup!

  • Thanks, @Ammit! I love the change. :D
  • Oh I noticed the change, but didn't pick up the significance of the reference to the sire or dam, that's very cool, thanks Ammit!

  • I have found this very useful, Ammit! - definitely confirmed my suspicions of major mare lag in my later generations on both Forest and Bluegrass.

    Thanks!

  • Oohhh now I’m going to have to start paying closer attention when I do en mass testing on my foals lol

  • So, if you tried the same pairing and ended up with the same result. (ie: the sire of #00000 can do better) that the mare isn't compatible? Correct? (Outside of comparison testing)

  • No. It means the sire can produce better. There is no such thing as breeding compatibility in this game. You can have bad random number luck many times. If your stallion's foals are getting that message all the time it means he needs better mares to produce foals up to his ability.
