Adding Belton made all her tobi markings disappear.

I added a second copy of belton to this girl and it made all of her beautiful tobi markings to disappear. :(
Is this normal?

Ammit said when she introed the gene it was a white supressor ; My Belton boy also severely reduced the white from his tobiano when I made him HOM

I’d already increased her white factor to get the tobi markings that she had. Looks like that was a wasted GMT.

Yes, Hom Belton significantly reduces the white.
They sure do make alot of really pretty flashy babies though! -
It's written in the GMT as reducing white patterns.
Pigment Density Regulator
Pigment density regulator is one of several factors that regulate the amount of pigment a horse produces. It reduces the overall amount of white caused by pinto genes and can cause freckles of color to appear in white areas. Two copies of the Belton allele (Bl) have a more dramatic freckled appearance than one copy. Can appear with any pinto markings, but produces the most freckles with tobiano.
