I will be able to breed on the 2nd and am hoping to find a star papered, s+, and sab2 stud for a few 3rd generation mares I have. Will anyone have a few available?

In my opinion, you are unlikely to find any star papered 3rd gen stallions up for public stud. Any that are in the game would almost have to be from heavily boosted lines and kept for the owner's use, especially those carrying s+ and Sb2. A lot of real-life cash goes into such horse lines. Straws might be available but I would expect the fee to be very high.
