Yesterday was my 8th Hajiversary. I began playing on Jan. 14, 2011 after watching my daughter play for about 8 months. This Friday is my birthday; I'll be 72! Yikes!

To celebrate this conjunction, I would like to offer everyone who posts an established show horse with over 500 points.

Please post your ID and tell why you enjoy this game. If you're a new player and haven't figured out what is especially enjoyable yet, you can mention what makes you interested in playing it.

Speaking for myself, I enjoy a game where I can set my own goals and play as intensely as I like or have time for. More than that, I enjoy the life-like variability that makes every action likely to give unexpected results, even if the result is what I really didn't want. :D A wonderfully supportive community is the icing on the cake.

Congratulations on your Hajinc Anniversary and happy birthday. I have been wondering if I was the oldest player, but not quite. My birthday is the following Friday but I will only be 63! I love this game because of the real life genetics and the fact that you can set your own goals. The other plus for this game is the wonderful community of supportive and generous players that we have. Of course, not forgetting Ammit - without whom none of this would be possible.

8 years of playing! And 72, that's quite the age! Happy Birthday Sandy :)

I enjoy the beautiful pictures of the horses the most. Everytime I see something new when I breed my horses or get an unexpected surprise look which I could not think of makes me super happy. I also like that it resembles the real life genetics, this way I've learnt a thing or two about genetics too! And as you said, the wonderful community makes it all the best. Including Ammit who keeps the game fresh, updated and thus very addicting :p

I don't need the showhorse, there are others that could use them better then me :p But I wanted to congratulate you on your anniversary and wish you a happy birthday.

Happy birthday & anniversary!!
I'm new to this server; have been playing on HJ2 for over a year. I love that I can have all the pretty horses I want without ever having to worry about buying hay or cleaning out hooves. :D I didn't discover the community until about 6 months in, and it just made me love the game more.

Happy Birthday and Hajiversary! 72! That's an accomplishment in my opinion; life can be very hard.
Im wiggling through my first week on HJ! So far I absolutely LOVE the fact that the game is based on actual science that I've seen before (it adds a level of realism for me) and that there are just limitless breeding possibilities! Evolution is a beautiful thing to me and I want to try my hand at it :3 Although I will say that this game requires a level of patience that Im going to have to work up to; I want the babies nowwwwwww~ lol
As far as the show horse goes, I would be grateful for anything you felt like sharing with me. The generosity and willingness to help of HJ players seems to surprise me anew each day. Thank you so much for celebrating with us, SandyCreek!
