Boosting Question!
  • I'm wanting to boost a few of the new herd helpers that are yellow papered to red papered but what would that take? I don't remember the percentages of normal creates vs. exceptional producers or exceptionally perfect.

    Thank you!

  • I think it takes 5% to bring a perfect foundation to exceptional producer. You can get a low red with less than that though, not sure how much.

  • Is there any process for going from red to yellow?

  • @lecobb8 No... I wish there were. You can just keep as good as 2Gs to breed into a perfect foundation line so the gen and ability is even, but you can't "un-exceptional" a foundation to bump the era up one.

  • I know 1% will give you red, I have a few mares on another server that went red after one. B-)

  • You can get a low Red /B with a 1% boost but to get to Exceptional you need a 5% boost . ( Perfect Foundations are a 99 or 9.9 and exceptional are 104 or 10.4 )

  • What's the difference between Maxing and Boosting?
  • Maxing increases a horse's breeding and training scores to the maximum possible from its parents, and is not particularly useful on foundations. Maxing costs 5 GMTs.

Boosting adds up to +5 (depending on the boost token used) to the breeding score (but does not effect the training score) and can therefore make the horse better as a breeder than what its parents could have naturally produced. Boosting can take a perfect foundation to exceptional breeding ability or an exceptional foundation up to A/blue papers. Boost tokens cost 50IVs for +1 tokens and 200IVs for +5 tokens.

Breeding high quality Sheldasen horses in all the fancy colors.
