So I made the jump and upgraded, but my barn doesnt have the new number of stalls. Any help from a seasoned player would be very much appreciated

Try logging out of the game and then back in and the changes should show then

Also All of my performance inspections have been not transfered over. I had all my horses done, then updated and its all back to needing to be done

There is no transferring. If they where done before they are done after. Either a horse has a PT score or it does not.

I have lots of horse that are aready pt tested that for some reason can be tested again

Sorry that really does not tell me anything. They don't test again. If a horse has its PT score you can't test it. What makes you think you tested them more than once? What page are you even on?

If you try and PT test a horse a second time it just tells you it has already been tested and does not charge you. It is not testing them a second time.

It may have been hj2 and i just remembered i havnt seen it since the update but i remember on hj2 it would retest the horse for some reason and tell you it charged you but not sure if it really did charge money

No its happening with mine, Im on Hj2, it takes the 500 (Or whatever the exact price is) I had all my horses done then upgraded and all my horses stay either intact , gelded spayed which is great!!!, but the performance inspection pops back up as needing doing

If you select already tested horses and hit the button it tells you the price but it does not and will not charge you or test them again.

Also please make sure to post Hj2 issues on Hj2 to prevent confusion. :)

It's from horses who where tested for PT BEFORE the PT test was updated to the new combined testing system. Nothing to do with upgrades.

She never went through consistency testing. This is intended behavior, otherwise it would be impossible to get consistency scores on your horse.
