Probably it's a glitch because he's listed in a chatroom and the listing wasn't removed automatically at monthly rollover like they are from the public boards.

Mares and stallions are cut off at 20. But that is very interesting! I looked the horse up and it does give the option to breed to him still. Check your straws?

So they can breed at 19 but not 20? Or is it 20 but not 21? Or something different?

19 is the last year you can breed your mares and stallions. So when they turn 20 they can no longer breed.
