Not all rank specials are exceptional producers. If they paper yellow, then they are normal producers.

The yellow are still perfect foundations, a rank special will never be a normal producer.This is what I meant.Post edited by BellaPenn at 2018-04-11 06:07:56

A normal create is a horse created without a RS or a HH that states that it will be a perfect foundation.
A perfect producer is a horse with 100% breeding ability.
An exceptional producer is a foundation with more than 100% breeding ability.
