Rank Special failing Breeding Advice?

    I just made this Paradise Play mare today from a Rank Special, and then was surprised to see it was spayed. I thought perhaps I'd accidentally spayed it myself without paying attention, so paid the 1 GMT to unspay it, did Breeding Advice again (I always do) and then found that no, BA spayed it. I thought all RS were perfect/exceptionally perfect, or at the very least would all pass BA? Is this a bug?
