How do I message someone when they have a space in t heir name?

This was discusses before and I can't find it again, sorry.
I tried taking the space out, and I tried search users, it will bring up their name with the s pace in it, but it won't go to let me see them on the forum, I get a forbidden error. -
When you get the "forbidden" error, replace the space in the name in the url with a + sign and hit enter. Or you can go to your inbox, click "start a new conversation" and start typing in the name and select the player name from the auto-fill menu that pops up.
I'll try to find that old thread too. -

Nope, neither changing the space to a + both in the send message and in the url don't work. Removing the space doesn't work. I'm having the same problem as I had in the second link you gave. Can I just post a thank you somewhere?
