Yep, it's one of the new member-created ones. It doesn't have genes that would make it a special event only herd helper so it's in the regular rotation and it could roll for anyone on the create a horse page. The moving sale price list has a list of herd helpers that have already been added to the game, if you scroll down to the end of the info about purchasing a new herd helper. I rolled the true breeding dark red dun rabicano yesterday, and I think you clicked one of the shares, Fiddler. :)
