    it won't accept paypal, the little circle arrow just keeps going round and round. How do I change my credit card number that you have on file and I'll use that?

    We do not keep any credit card numbers. Only Paypal has access to that not us. You need to update your cards on the Paypal website if you wish to do that.

    You don't need to use Paypal to create a subscription however. You can use the credit card option.

    Thanks. It has my old cc number there but I don't know how to change that to my new cc.

    Interesting... In manage your upgrades,
    beside "active premium subscription" there's a button that says "activate" as if it's not active, and beside "inactive basic subscription" there's a button that says "deactivate" as if it's active.

    And on the gift exchange page it says I have a basic upgrade. Maybe it needs me to log out and back in.\... Yup that worked.
