Why don't I have the gene? (Closed)

I have a fantasy foundation stallion with Blue Axiom however it says I don't have the gene Blue Axiom so I can't breed to him. I'm so confused. What is going on?

If you sent a horse with the AXiom Blue gene to another player for the gift exchange, you might have sent the last copy that you owned.

Fiddler - Having the stud does not mean she didn't miss some warning message and get rid of her copy of the gene somehow at some point. They were not always super in your face.

She got this horse in Nov 23, and last was in the gift exchange in Dec 23. She gifted to kgstable who does not have Axiom blue so she did not send it that way.
Foxhntr26 has never bred a single axiom b horse so I am guessing she never had the GL in the first place and didn't notice because she never tried to use it before. Easy fix. I am sending a copy right now. :)

@Ammit any idea what happened? I took a break so maybe something changed but I thought if you had a foundation horse that you put a fantasy (or special gene) on than you got the gene license.
