In the tab called "Breed Rules"

And, I set the accidentally created National to not show when creating a horse, but I still get "unused" breeds showing up when I try to select what breed I want. It's the true breeding black create I'm trying to use.

In the future, you can just make the horse and change the BC and breed after. I don't have an answer on the other questions.

you would need to create it as a Pony in the desired wieght class ( Cob, Sport, or Riding ) and then changeg it to the BC that you want.. the appreance will change , but its already the Hieght and Wieght you want.

Could be a bug going on. Someone else mentioned a similar issue. I don't know why and don't have an answer right now, unfortunately. I have not had time to do testing with this.

Anni, which is the right one for the miniature, sport or riding?

I can't choose it at the moment, that's the problem. It doesn't show up in my list of breeds I can choose from when I create the horse. I'd have to make them some other breed then change them to the mini

You never have to use GMTs to change the breed or BC of a horse.

If you are trying to force the game to give you free copies of the height regular gene or only give you the smallest possible ponies you can't do that. The create a horse page will give you a random sport pony. You can not create true miniatures from the create a horse page. You must breed for them.
