Storm Clouds don't fit the theme of barn buddies but they do fit summer weather where I am from.



Storm Cloud is an allele of the tobiano modifier gene. It requires one copy of TMSC and one copy of tobiano to show and creates storm clouds in the white areas of tobiano. Storm clouds require room to form. They may not appear on low white horses. Rerolling the seed can force them to appear. This gene will overwrite Shatterglass and Jewelbox.

It has an increased impact when homozygous. It is NOT fantasy, and it does require a license.

Storm Cloud is available until the end of July for 15 USD.

Without Storm Cloud.



Het. Storm Cloud. Note how the face markings that are not caused by tobi are not impacted.


Hom. Storm Cloud. Note how there is more cloud cover in both the white and darker areas of this horse.



With Jewel Box. Jewel Box adds white but the Jewel Box texture is completely overwritten by Storm Sloud.


With Shatterglass. Shatterglass looks similar to hom. The Shatterglass texture is overwritten by Storm Cloud.

With Hom Storm Cloud. Splash white areas are untouched. The larger tobi areas reveals more appy spots, but the edge of the blanket is unchanged.
