Auction policy change regarding closed genes

The public auction house no longer prevents you from adding closed genes to the auction. Instead it now allows all genes in but stops bidding on intact horses with closed genes if you don't own the license.

It solves the issue of needing a different sell back option and free accounts being unable to sell their closed genes in chat rooms.Need to contact me? Read this first.
