Not sure if this is the right place so sorry if not!
I have a 2yo stallion I have been GMT'ing and when I tried to add a second DP it said there was an error and the horse couldn't be edited. I had 14 tokens at the time so more than enough and the lab has since allowed me to add other genes to him and other horses but just not DP.
This is not an urgent matter at all but not sure if its just me who's had the problem or if it has something to do with DP? Or maybe I'm just missing something super obvious haha!

If the horse already has DP you will get an error message.

Ok! I had added one copy previously but got the error no matter which side I tried to add it to - does this mean he already had a copy before I added the first one?

You probably can't afford it. Check that first. :)

I definitely had enough tokens at the time (have just put snowflake on another horse before writing this, partly to check that it wasn't that). Could it be because he was already het DP so now has two copies?

I checked him, looks like he did indeed already have one copy! Lucky you. :D

Also thanks TawnyEclipse for your help - hadn't even considered that he might have a copy already!
