All special ordered genes are hand entered using the GMT lab by me. They will not appear instantly.
I normally add special orders once a day in the morning.
All these genes are closed, and the game will only allow to share your lines with others who own the license.
Order rules and sale closing time are listed on the order page.

All summer refresh genes can be stacked together. Yes I will add these to your horses ordered in June. :D

What is Wrong Warp

Wrong warp is a new allele if the nexus gene family (nexus and axiom). It acts by converting large white areas to black or rarely cyan and creating torn edges when heterozygous and has an additional warp over the hip effect when homozygous. One copy of Wrong Warp can be paired with one copy of nexus or with one copy of axiom for some interesting results. It is testable and will be searchable.

Where does the name come from? Wrong Warp is a term used in many video game speed running tactics but was originally from Super Mario Brothers.

Examples

Het Wrong Warp will only react when white is present. On this solid bay no change is scene.

On a homozygous wrong warp horse a warp filter is applied to the horse. Here the satin effect is clearly twisted and the leg and face markings and turned black.

Another hom wrong warp showing the distortion clearly on a gray horse. Note how the white areas of this gray horse are not pure white enough to trigger the switch.

Here is a het wrong warp (note no twisted distortion) Even this silver perlino dun is not white enough but his markings do turn white. The border between nearly pure and pure white turns cyan.

What is Chinchilla

Chinchilla is a brand new closed fantasy gene based on the real life chinchilla gene found in rabbits. Chinchilla is a mutation that completely disables the production of red pigment and leaves black pigment to show. In areas where both red pigment and black pigment are disabled this also results in red eyes. (Simplified to ee horses and E horses with agouti in game). It requires two copies to show. It is an all new gene in the game. It does not share a location with any other gene and will be searchable, testable, and show in the color name.

Examples

Chinchilla Chestnut
A chestnut horse will turn completely white with red eyes. From the palest to the darkest liver they all come out pure white. Put on ee horses only if you like this look. I will provide no more ee examples as they all will look identical to this.

Chinchilla Black
On a pure black horse it has no visible effect at all.

With the addition of any agouti mutation, or gene that lets red pigment appear on E- horses you get dramatic results.

As to Ice5. Those markings are not pure white. It requires blocks of pure FFFFFF white. Those are pale gray so won't swap to black. This is true for all ice save for 10 maybe. You will need a very pale base for ice to show. Here is ice 5 on a cremello dun champ

@ncsuwestern At the top in blue it says “CLICK HERE TO ORDER” click on that and it will take you to a menu to chose your desired gene and horse. Go to the gene you want and on the drop down menu is gives your eligible horses. Select one and push add to cart. :)

No need to reply to this, Ammit. I found a working link to Chinchilla examples at HaJ2, and found a classic champagne with chinchilla, showing that it does work on that color, so I've managed to answer my own question. If she has any classic champagne grandfoals with homozygous chinchilla, it will show up.

I think that Chinchilla would work on Classic Champagne, but I'm not positive. This is my Classic Champagne lady that I'm putting in the chinchilla pasture, since her diluted black looks rather reddish. What do you think, Ammit? If you think it won't, I'll just make her an Amber Champagne.

Chinchilla doesn't add any pigment. If the tail was black and white before it will be black and white after. :)
