Im looking to purchase some Exceptional or Perfect foundation (10.4 or 9.9 PT) stallions to add to my breeding line for this year. Must be RH/RP. Preferable no W2 or W or Frame, any base colours accepted. Will look at Rank specials also

Have you checked the Foundation Rescue (owner 13 in the horse search)? All their horses are perfect foundations (even if they have a different HH tattoo) and for sale for 2750hb. Here is their current list of light horse stallions, and they get new horses in after every auction.
