Rank 1: Heterozygous Roan

All horses will be at least heterozygous(Kit^rKit) for the roan gene, but might also be homozygous (Kit^rKit^r). Possible colors include blue roan, bay roan, red roan etc. Horses might also have other patterns.

Rank 1: Cream And Dun

All horses will be at least heterozygous for the cream and dun genes.

Rank 3: Homozygous Silver

All horses will be homozygous (ZZ) for the silver gene. Red based horses will carry the gene, but not show it. Possible colors include silver black, silver bay, silver brown, silver buckskin etc. Horses might be patterned or solid.

Rank 4: Homozygous Wild Bay

All horses will be homozygous for the wild bay gene They may have red or black base colors.

Rank 2: Red Roan Appaloosa

All horses will be Red Roan Appaloosa. They may also have additional rare genes, and may be solid or patterned.

Rank 1: Homozygous Rec. Dun

All horses will be homozygous recessive(dd) for the dun gene. Possible colors include chestnut, black, bay, brown, palomino, buckskin etc. Horses might be patterned or solid.
