White patterns in Thoroughbreds

Do you think Silvery Moon, a TB training in Germany, looks splashed white?

According to what I can find about his sire's dam's bloodline they've been tested negative for splash white, and sabino 1. It does not say on this horse's page whether he was negative or positive for the frame gene though he is called a "frame overo".

Testing negative only means he does not have one of the known splash mutations. There is no reason to suspect he would. He is still a splash white. This line is frame as well.Need to contact me? Read this first.
