Setting Buddy Chat

What do I set a buddy chat to in order to make it public? Under sell;is it none or any. I have forgotten. Can someone help?

There is a box at the bottom where you select between Closed, By Request, or Public and click the Set Privacy button. If you intend to let anyone put horses up for breeding there, select Any. If you don't intend breeding to be done there, select None. If you want to be able to stand your own horses there, select Owner.
