If you used a herd helper that was already exceptional for something when you were creating horses yesterday, it was listed as also having the random exceptional trait that was programmed in for the special event. However, the horse will not get double of a trait that appears more than once.

An exceptionally producing splash horse that got an exceptional producer bonus, will not have the breeding boost added more than once. If it got exceptional show horse instead, it will have might have a higher PT score that it would otherwise have.

For your sample horse, when you run it through Performance Testing, it's PT will be somewhere between 10 and 10.4, as you would expect if it had only one Exceptional Show Horse tattoo.

A Top Notch Producer, ChateauAlbere, has 100% breeding ability (still a C or Yellow paper), the highest score available for normal creates. Its PT score could be anything. Since it got the Exceptional Producer bonus, it should paper B or Red, still with a random PT score.
