So. I need more barn space and to kind of reformat my breeding program and add to barn space. I wasn’t planning to part with this guy, but if I can get enough for him I may. What is he worth?

If I understand correctly, I need at least 125,000 to get a 30 stall barn. But I spent more money modifying him than what it costs to buy a 30 stall barn with real money. So I feel like I need more than that to justify selling.
What might someone want to pay for him? I’ll part with him for a good enough offer. -
Right now, I think I’m only interested in offers north of $200,000.
