What age do the horses in this game die?

In this game, horses don't get hurt, but yes, they do age out.

Every roll over after the age of 17 they have a chance of passing away. Some pass at rollover between 17 & 18, some have made it into their 30's. They cannot breed after the age of 19, however. Once they hit 20 they cannot be bred.

There are currently 4 horses in the game that are 32 years old, and a total of 6,528 that are older than 20! That's 261 pages plus 3 more horses. :O

Does the game notify you if one of your horses dies?

Yes, a notification comes up after the yearly roll over (end of one month, 1st of the next month) which states they lived a long life and have now passed. This notification comes up with all of your others, right on your home page.
