Ice4 isn't privately owned as it was shared with quite a few people, I never bought the original but had stock from a player but ended up yumming them as they weren't up to quality. I wish I'd kept an intact though as I would have now had a licence!

It is privately owned. Just because the owner shared it with people doesn't mean it wasn't.
