W-2 Blingy 5th gen stallions-must be star by a star.
-
Hey all.
I'm looking for 2 specific stallions for my sabino line as my lines seem to be getting too inbred.
I know this is a long shot but i'm looking for 2 star colts, superior to their star papered sire, preferably pasture bred.
These would be used in my inhouse sabino lines. Good money waiting, or i would possibly consider swop/loans with the right person for my stallions.
I'd prefer black based sabino but quality is more important than colour. -
I should have at least one, I'll check later
-
The closest I've got is this guy who is A papered but superior to his A papered sire. His pedigree is predominately black/grullo though off his pedigree at first generation there are two bays and a chestnut. Probably not close enough to what you want, but I just figured I'd put him out there!

Thankyou Kintara i'd love to see him!
Thankyou High Five he is stunning and colour wise he'd fit right in, but i have quite a tight quality control that 4th gen and beyond have to be star papered and sup to sire to make the cut. I know that restricts my choice a lot. I'm playing catch up with my newer lines haha. -
Totally understandable! I'm getting to where I have finally increased my foundations to a high quality, so hopefully within several breeding seasons I can get up to Star by the forth gen. :)Specializing high quality dark horses with lots of chrome.

Yeah i've found to get 4th gen stars you really need to start from at least B papered foundations, and some of mine are A's. As long as you only choose sup to sire foals you will get there :DPost edited by gemfish at 2015-03-17 11:38:53Thanked by 1High Five Acres

This guy might suit, but he's only 2yo

I have few a few others but they have things like W4 that I don't think go well with sabino

Oh and this one, his sire is only an A, but he is superior to a low Star

I have a couple of Stars in gen4 in era2, definitely no boosting and a mixture of B and C foundations, but I think pastures help a lot there!

Kintara they all look good to me! W4 is ok with sabino i have quite a lot of W4 in my herd but i do tend to risk it with stallions anyway.
