Thinking of changing my ponies background and want your alls opinions...

Would you stay with the old or go with the new?

I would stay with the old one, it harmonizes with the horse's coat rather well

On the other hand, the horse stands out a bit better against the green backdrop.

That's why I'm sooooo conflicted! Lol
The pewter backdrop just looks elegant to me... it reminded me of a series of pictures I seen growing up of Arabians on the same style backdrop... but the Emerald backdrop is "in your face" and all horses I've tried the Emerald on has really stood out! And lets face it... in this game, the more your horse stands out, the more attention it's going to get!

Why not do a mix? 50/50 or 70/30 or 90/10, really whichever way. I like it when people mix up their tack or backgrounds a bit. That really catches my attention. Plus it helps me as I don't have to go in and change as many horses looks or backgrounds so they all look unique or different. Buy that's just my opinion as I know not everybody has the time nor energy to do that with so many horses.

I'm slightly OCD admittedly.. so it's a struggle even when the default background changed for the holidays :-S

I use both for different lines, love them. With your horses, I'd go with the green, so the horse stands out just a little.

I've decided to go with the Emerald background for now.. thankfully I have the time today to get all of the ponies switched over :)
