When viewing this deceased mare, her coloring shows up correctly in her picture when you search, but when you go to her individual page, she now looks like a ghost instead of the brown/gray appy she was.

she's an app...sometimes they do that.

You have an old search image saved on your computer. That is what she is supposed to look like.

What would cause that? I started playing well after she aged up, from a foal, so I would've thought her image wouldn't change (so no old image available to be saved) after that point.

Its the appaloosa. All appys have varnish, but some varnish slow and some fast. Just like all greys go white in time, but not at the same time.

You saw the old image when you looked at her in the search. When you opened her page you where the first one to do so in many game years and caused her image to update.

Whoa! So it depends on if someone looks at their page after they are deceased for the image to update?! In that case, I found a horse that's in archives that still had the old warmblood foal body! :O

I had opened her page many times during the last couple days of January, as had my sister since I was planning to breed her this year if she survived rollover. At that time she looked just like she didn't search, but after she passed was the first time I saw the image change.
