I bred a horse recently, and his official colour is :
White Spotted Silver Classic Cream Champagne Roan Dun Splash Frame Appaloosa Rabicano

Is this actually his colour? Why is it so long

It is not a glitch. A good example of this it the Ranked Special horses, one specifically, called Color With A Really Long Name. It looks something like this...
