Try using the search for stallions at stud/breeding. Also, use the search option to find a couple studs you might like and try reaching out to the owner and asking if they would be willing to sell. The worst they can say is no but they might offer a breeding to that stud instead of selling. I find direct contact usually works a lot better when you know what you want than asking on the forum :)
