I don't recall how long ago you were last here - did papering change before your break?
Because you won't find star foundations or even second gens anymore. (Unless someone has been boosted.)

A typical foundie stallion is now a C. A decent second gen is a B, third gen you may get an A.
(Assuming no boosts, which will skew that.)
Didn't want you questing for foundation stars, you'd be in for a world of frustration. :) A C is actually a good place to start on foundation stallions now. -
