    If I sold my two 15 stall barns would I get my IV vouchers or equivalent bucks back?

    If you sell the barns you get IV vouchers back (at a reduced rate than you paid for them) which you can use to buy a bigger barn

    If you click on the Sell Barns button in the IV area it'll take you to a page that tells you how much each thing is worth, and how much it costs:

    You can sell a 15 stall barn back to the game for 4 IVs.
