Nacre?

I was looking on a players 'Owned Closed Gene License' and I noticed 'Nacre' but don't recall seeing or hearing about it. Is this something I missed or maybe something rare?

It is one of the Rainbow Riot genes. I think I remember it as being one of the more expensive genes in the Roving Gene Sale, so it is probably more rare than some of the others. It looks like this:

It looks different on different colors. Here is my Nacre foundation stallion. He's a heterozygous sooty chestnut splash.
Sorcerous Chianti
This boy has a lot of white, since he's homozygous splash, but you can see nacre on black where he isn't. :D

Chestnut Pearl, Champagne, or Dun would look amazing though.

Oh, they all do. A lot of my Nacre horses are chestnuts of one sort or another. It does a lot to spice up that common color. :D

I love how nacre changes with the different base colors! This is one of my favourite expressions of Nacre: white spotted black
