Deactivating Account with IV's

I am planning on deactivating my account to focus more on my new line on my other one, but I have 27 IV's I don't know what to do with. I can't send them to other players or myself right? And I'm selling all my horses so it'd be almost pointless to use them on tack packs/barns/GMT/etc.
Any advice or is there anything I can do with them? -
Can you merge the accounts? IV's transfer to the destination account.
