This horse carries a licenced gene, meaning you have to purchase it with real money, @raederin. You don't currently have the licence for the blue axiom gene, but if you want him as a gelding, I'll drop the price half. You'd be getting him for 5000hbs and can purchase him that way.

As pretty as he is he is only C papered and as good as sire.

It is easy to get superior B paper 2nd gen foals that most people alter C paper second Gen horses (I don’t even bother comparing them) I’d toss the mare in the pasture and try again next month.
