mares in pasture
-
I hope this isn't a stupid question, I just don't want to find out the hard way.
Is it only foals produced in the pasture that will be deleted if left? Or will all horses be deleted at the end of breeding season if left in the pasture? The thing is I'm out of stalls and I want to know if I can rotate horses out using the pasture or do I need to quickly sell some.
Thanks! -
It's just the foals that get deleted so you can keep adult mares out at pasture and not lose them. In fact some players choose to leave some mares in the pasture all the time.

It's also better to leave mares in there all the time as there is a breeding bonus that adds up daily until 30 days where it levels off but if you take them out and put them back in it will start again. My explanation is probably a terrible one lol I don't pay attention the bonus.Post edited by clarebear at 2015-04-17 16:33:02ID - 160680

I believe it was mentioned that it really isn't a bonus as much as a breeding "push". Each mare has a range of quality in producing foals, and leaving the mare in the pasture "pushes" it more the the higher quality side of her range. Was Rebecca Iavelli on the old forum

Think! - It's not illegal yet. -
Yeah, everyone still calls it a bonus though.ID - 160680
