Was creating some ponies, and noticed a new reddish patch on the bays and browns?
Not sure if this was pointed out already or not, but I thought it looked awesome! At first i thought i was getting loads of At browns, but colour tests showed they was no At gene. :D

Yep, we've had them over at HJ2 for a bit, where Ammit has been tweeking with the colors of the horses, so it will eventually work its way over here.

Is there a way to distinguish the browns? I can't color test every horse that I think is a brown.

It's going to be harder to tell, as we are having quite a time with it over at HJ2.

You just look for the dark shape on the neck are to tell bay from brown.

What dark shape on the neck? My known browns didn't change and my bays didn't change so I can't tell the difference.

The horse above is a brown, the horse below is a bay. See the darkness of the shoulders and neck on the top is darker than the one on the bottom.
