I don't have any sabino foundation mares, but I do have 2 3rd gen blue papered mares with sabino.

The only way to get a blue papered foundation with KP involves both boosts and gmt's. There may not be any even in the game that meet those two qualifications, never mind that you also want sooty + and sabino.

And if there are any in the game, they are horses that cost people a good bit of real money, which means they are far less likely to want to make them available.

This is part of the reason I keep advising against chasing the hard-to-get genes. Anything you can't create (like KP) is going to be hard to find and very expensive if you do. It's simply not a good use of money for younger stables.
