This might be a dumb add on question but... cloning a horse doesn’t get rid of the original right? It just makes a second foal version of the original?

So satin would be a no go huh?

Rule it thumb, it it's not able to be gene modded, it won't clone

Note that a lot of GMT gene's will not clone as well. It is not a cheaper way to get those genes, it's more for that one beloved horse that you can't bear to part with. Brindle also will not clone, as it is not a gene.

If you clone a foundation, the clone is just like any other foundation (except for being bred by the Hajinc University), you can do any GMT work that you want to it. If you clone a lined horse, then the clone is a lined horse and it can only be GMTed with genes it could have inherited form it's parents.

One other thing about cloning, if you clone the same horse more than once, the price increases for each additional clone.

And clones cannot be cloned, since you can only clone horses the you bred or created, and clones are "bred by" the university.

Also, each time you clone the price goes up so it gets more and more expensive. I rarely clone because of this, though I do with a few special horses.

This is exactly how it should be. Used for a few special horses but not to duplicate LE genes. There is no reason for me to remove any more genes because people have stopped abusing the cloning system to get free LE genes and then selling them for profit.
