I think that one only has dapples bc of the silver and the roan is just 'faded' enough to see the dapples underneath. some roans are more white than others, rerolling changes it though. So roan and rabicano aren't linked to dapples in the game, the strength of roan and rabi would just affect how easy it is to see possible dapples underneath. :)
