Why do the images do that as a horse gets older on the game?

Appaloosas tend to varnish. To turn white as they age. If you refresh an Appaloosas picture every month, you'll notice the changes. Some are more drastic than others.Chuck help me resist the Shiny babies.... Chuck says I'm on my own. :'(

The spots tend to hold their color better in the game as well. This stallion only had white on his haunches before he varnished out. Now his body is mostly white, but the spots are still dark.
