I believe you don't actually UNLOCK any bcs with the subscription, but if you go to a horse's page you can change their BC and you can assign it to your breed

I don't max horses for the LBs, I tend to max later lines when I have a pretty horse that doesn't quite meet my breeding standards LOL.
I would prefer to go to IVs and skip the step…
