Straw offer but no straw received- Solved

    I was sent an offer for a straw from a stud that was titled 'Record Missing', I thought that was the studs name so I bought it for 25k but now I don't have the straw in my inventory?
    It took the money from my account and it says so in my transaction history.
    Was it because the offer was deleted and can I get that money back?

    Record Missing means they sold you a straw from a deleted horse. You will need to contact the seller. They should refund you.
